Return & Refund Policy

At Pet Canin, we prioritize customer satisfaction and pet well-being. However, due to the nature of pet food and supplies, returns and refunds are subject to strict conditions to ensure hygiene, safety, and fairness. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return Policy

We accept product returns only under the following circumstances:

  • The item delivered is damaged, defective, or expired at the time of delivery.
  • The wrong item was shipped (product mismatch).

Conditions for Accepting Returns:

  • You must raise a return request within 1 hour of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Clear photos or video proof must be provided via email or WhatsApp to support the return claim.

Non-Returnable Products:

  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Items without original packaging or tampered seals.
  • Items returned without proper reason or without approval from our support team.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds for Prepaid Orders:

Prepaid order refunds are only applicable in the following case:

  • Pet Canin is unable to deliver your order due to service unavailability in your pin code, city, or state.

In such cases, the full prepaid amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Refunds for Approved Returns:

  • If your return request is approved due to expired, damaged, or wrong product delivery, a full refund will be issued or a replacement will be sent as per your preference.
  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
  • If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us before dispatch confirmation (typically within a half an hour of order placement).
  • No cancellations are allowed for same-day dispatch products.
  • No cancellations are allowed for express deliveries.

Pet Canin reserves the right to approve or reject return/refund requests based on internal quality checks and courier inspection reports. Misuse of the return policy may result in restriction of services.
